TECHNICAL SUPPORT VIA YOUR IPHONE OR ANDROID PHONE

If you have an iPhone or an Android phone, and would like to send an image from your microscope to Technical Support for faster assistance, we have determined a procedure to do just that. You can capture an image through the eyepiece on the microscope with your iPhone or Android. You can then email it directly to Technical Support with the appropriate details.
