Prepare IFA slides using standard Immuno Concepts reagents and kits. No special conditions, no modified reagents, and no proprietary consumables required. Slides remain fully compatible with manual reading on any standard fluorescent microscope.

Place slides onto the motorized stage, available in multiple stage configurations to match laboratory throughput. Initiate the session through the Image Navigator® software. No darkroom required, and no manual scanning needed, the system takes over from this point forward.

Image Navigator® automatically captures multiple high-resolution LED fluorescence images per well across the full slide in less than four seconds per image. All images are stored with full barcode traceability and FDA and CE-compliant security protocols.

Captured images are sorted into possible positive and possible negative categories, prioritizing the most clinically relevant cases for efficient, streamlined review.

Sorted images are displayed across an 80% image-dedicated review screen. The system supports fluorescence pattern interpretation using built-in pattern libraries with full ICAP integration. Operators read titers using the estimate titer endpoint dilution function, and batch review tools streamline workflow, including efficient handling of titer review and result prioritization. Confirmed results are transmitted directly to connected LIS hosts, closing the loop from image acquisition to reported result.
