The rules of the American Arbitration Association shall apply to the conduct of the hearing, which shall be venued in Dallas, Texas. The governing law shall be Texan Law. The arbitration award shall be final and binding and may be confirmed and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties shall bear equally the costs of the arbitration, but each party shall pay its own attorneys' fees incurred in connection with the arbitration or the confirmation or enforcement of any award.
