How to Use the FITC QC Slide™
The FITC QC Slide™ is designed for fast, straightforward pre-run verification with no complex setup and no additional equipment beyond your existing fluorescent microscope.

Place the FITC QC Slide™ under your fluorescent microscope at 200x magnification

Begin with the +/- well on the right and view each well in ascending order from right to left: 1+, 2+, 3+, 4+

Identify the first well in which beads are clearly visible as your endpoint
04
Confirm that the endpoint of positive staining is observed at the 1+ or +/- well for minimum threshold sensitivity
